Shipping

All orders over $100 get free shipping. We also offer free returns* on every paid order.

*Free returns do not apply to our sample kits (which are yours to keep!)

We ship to the contiguous United States.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

We're a small crew working hard to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you take that into consideration.

Processing: It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders received after 2PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times: Most of our orders arrive within 1-3 business days from the date that the order is shipped. We offer a variety of shipping speeds at checkout. You can preview options on our Shipping Speeds Chart.

Be sure to check your confirmation email for tracking information and the most accurate delivery details.

Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Returns and exchanges are on us, no questions asked within 30 days of your purchase.

Sample Kit sales are final.

To initiate a return, simply email team@potterandclay.com with your order number. Items will need to be shipped back in their original packaging.

Absolutely! You can request a new one by emailing team@potterandclay.com

Change My Order

Email your order number to team@potterandclay.com with "CHANGE ORDER" or "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line, and provide the details of your request.

This will allow us to flag your request as soon as possible during regular business hours. We’ll be happy to accommodate any changes as best as we can.
